Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1ph Platform. Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one account — whether simultaneously or consecutively — is strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and may result in the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1ph account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1ph will never ask for your full password or OTP via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1ph support immediately.
You must keep your account information up to date. If any registered information changes — particularly your contact number or banking details — you must update this information promptly. 1ph is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information, including failed payment deliveries.
You may request the closure of your 1ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of identity verification requirements.
1ph operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. The following deposit methods are accepted on the 1ph Platform: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
1ph does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond the control of 1ph. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in promotional terms. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger an additional bonus unless the existing bonus is first completed or forfeited.
Each game available on the 1ph Platform is governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game, except on matters of account eligibility, payments, and prohibited conduct, where these Terms shall govern.
1ph strives to maintain uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during an active game session, 1ph will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the interruption and settle the game accordingly. If restoration is not possible, stakes for unsettled games will be returned to the player's account.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 1ph Platform use independently certified software that produces statistically random results. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for all slot games and reflect the theoretical long-term return based on certified game mathematics.
Malfunctions Void All Pays: In the event of a malfunction of the gaming system, all wagers and payouts are considered void. The house is not liable for any losses caused by a system error or failure that prevents the proper conduct of a game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: 1ph operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts found to be in violation will be permanently banned and reported to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, to Philippine law enforcement agencies.
1ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; court order or regulatory direction; or at the player's own request.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, no deposits or withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1ph reserves the right to retain any funds associated with the prohibited activity after returning legitimate deposits where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
1ph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1ph takes all reasonable measures to maintain service continuity and security, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
1ph is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, from your use of an insecure device or network, or from any action taken by you in reliance on inaccurate account information resulting from failure to update your profile.
All content on the 1ph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, marketing materials, and text — is the intellectual property of 1ph or its licensed providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 1ph.
Third-party game content is licensed to 1ph by the respective game studios and is subject to their intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the 1ph Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the 1ph Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
